We want you to be completely satisfied with your TAGO TV subscription. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.
To request a refund, please contact us through our online chat portal located in the bottom right corner of this website. You will need to supply your order number and the reason for your cancelation and refund request.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for the following reasons:
- If you have already used the service for more than 7 days
- Channels and VOD are subject to change, update or removal at any time and without prior notice. Any change in the categories or anything included in the content can happen at any time. TagoTV does not have control over the content provided or EPG or any updates changes.
- If you have violated our terms and conditions
- If you have shared your account access with others
In case of a refund, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that the refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
